Requirements for Return\/Exchange<\/h4>\n\n<ul data-end=\"1896\" data-start=\"1302\">\n\t<li data-end=\"1368\" data-start=\"1302\">\n\tThe product is not in the restricted return list (see appendix).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"1508\" data-start=\"1369\">\n\tThe product\/voucher\/certificate remains intact with original labels, packaging, and seal (except in cases of shipping damage or defects).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"1572\" data-start=\"1509\">\n\tAll accessories and accompanying gifts are included (if any).<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"1619\" data-start=\"1573\">\n\tThe product is clean, odor-free, and unused.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"1896\" data-start=\"1620\">\n\tCustomers must submit a Return Request including:<\/p>\n\n\t<ul data-end=\"1896\" data-start=\"1674\">\n\t\t<li data-end=\"1718\" data-start=\"1674\">\n\t\t(i) a completed Ganic Return Request Form,<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li data-end=\"1807\" data-start=\"1721\">\n\t\t(ii) proof of purchase (order number, receipt, delivery note, bank statement, etc.),<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li data-end=\"1896\" data-start=\"1810\">\n\t\t(iii) the product\/service to be returned and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).<\/p>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"1931\" data-start=\"1898\">2. Return\/Exchange Timeframe<\/h4>\n\n<ul data-end=\"2098\" data-start=\"1933\">\n\t<li data-end=\"1984\" data-start=\"1933\">\n\tImmediate return at the time of delivery\/receipt.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"2098\" data-start=\"1985\">\n\tCustomers can bring the Return Request directly to Ganic&#39;s Return Center, where staff will process the request.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"2129\" data-start=\"2100\">3. Return\/Exchange Costs<\/h4>\n\n<ul data-end=\"2538\" data-start=\"2131\">\n\t<li data-end=\"2305\" data-start=\"2131\">\n\tFor returns due to Ganic&#39;s or supplier&#39;s fault, customers will not be charged and will receive free delivery of replacement items to the address on the Return Request Form.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"2538\" data-start=\"2306\">\n\tFor returns due to a change in customer&rsquo;s needs (unless otherwise stated in the product\/voucher description), return is free, but customers must pay shipping fees according to the delivery policy if they want a new item delivered.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr data-end=\"2543\" data-start=\"2540\" \/>\n<h3 data-end=\"2567\" data-start=\"2545\">III. Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"2594\" data-start=\"2569\">1. Processing Time<\/h4>\n\nGanic will respond to the Return Request via email and\/or SMS within 2 business days of receipt.<\/p>\n\nIf the request meets all conditions in Section II.1, the refund will be processed as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-end=\"3572\" data-start=\"3288\">\n\t<li data-end=\"3369\" data-start=\"3288\">\n\tNon-bank payment methods<\/strong>: Refund will be received within 5&ndash;7 business days.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"3572\" data-start=\"3370\">\n\tBank payment methods<\/strong>: Ganic will process the refund request to the bank within 5&ndash;7 business days.
