Refund Methods<\/h4>\n\n<ul data-end=\"3068\" data-start=\"2895\">\n\t<li data-end=\"2929\" data-start=\"2895\">\n\tRefund to Ganic account balance.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"2958\" data-start=\"2930\">\n\tRefund via Banknet system.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"2986\" data-start=\"2959\">\n\tRefund via bank transfer.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"3028\" data-start=\"2987\">\n\tRefund via credit\/debit card processor.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"3068\" data-start=\"3029\">\n\tCash refund at Ganic&#39;s Return Center.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"3093\" data-start=\"3070\">3. Processing Time<\/h4>\n\nGanic will respond to the Return Request via email and\/or SMS within 2 business days of receipt.<\/p>\n\nIf the request meets all conditions in Section II.1, the refund will be processed as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-end=\"3572\" data-start=\"3288\">\n\t<li data-end=\"3369\" data-start=\"3288\">\n\tNon-bank payment methods<\/strong>: Refund will be received within 5&ndash;7 business days.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li data-end=\"3572\" data-start=\"3370\">\n\tBank payment methods<\/strong>: Ganic will process the refund request to the bank within 5&ndash;7 business days. The bank will then complete the transaction within 7&ndash;15 business days after receiving the request.<\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr data-end=\"3577\" data-start=\"3574\" \/>\n<h3 data-end=\"3601\" data-start=\"3579\">IV. Bring products directly to Ganic&#39;s Return Center<\/h4>\n\nCustomers can bring products directly to:<\/p>\n\nIn Ho Chi Minh City:<\/strong> \nCustomer Service Center &ndash; 344 Huynh Tan Phat, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7, HCMC<\/p>\n\nIn Hanoi, Da Nang, and other provinces\/cities:<\/strong> \n(To be announced)<\/p>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"3951\" data-start=\"3884\">2. Return at the nearest Ganic store or the store of purchase.<\/h4>\n\n<h4 data-end=\"3985\" data-start=\"3953\">3.
